About

What is a Bulletin?

The Kelley School of Business In-Residence Specialized Master's Bulletin is a resource and roadmap that provides students with the information they need to make the most of their Kelley education and to graduate in a timely manner. It is the official source of information regarding degree requirements, policies and procedures, programs of study, courses, and opportunities within and outside of individual programs. Current students will also find useful information listed on the Kelley Graduate Student Portal Canvas site.

Kelley Graduate Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct

The offices of the Kelley School of Business (Bloomington) Graduate Programs are committed to educating students and maintaining our tradition of professional behavior. All Kelley graduate students are expected to commit to and uphold this tradition as articulated in the Kelley Graduate Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct. The Kelley Graduate Code aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Promote ethical conduct – in all academic, professional, and personal activities – amongst all Kelley School of Business students;
  • Effectively communicate the academic, professional, and personal standards to which the Kelley School holds all graduate students; and
  • Describe the procedures and general consequences Kelley School graduate students will face if they commit academic, professional, or personal misconduct.

Degree Planning Information

Requirements for programs and all major requirements can be found in the Degree Requirements and Majors sections of the bulletin.

Students are responsible for planning their own programs of study and for meeting the degree requirements for graduation. For advice in fulfilling these requirements and in planning a course of study, students admitted to our in-residence programs are encouraged to regularly seek out academic counseling from your advisors via the gradhelp@iu.edu email. Although academic advisors will do their best to aid students, it is ultimately each student’s responsibility to plan an appropriate academic course of study and to fulfill the various degree requirements. Familiarizing themselves with the contents of this bulletin is a crucial first step that students can and should take to ensure they know what opportunities are available to them and what requirements are expected of all students in their respective program.
