Real Estate Major Requirements (24 credits)

Required Grades and GPA

Major GPA of 2.0 or higher required – GPA includes all courses counting toward the Real Estate major. 

Other Policies

Students majoring in Real Estate must earn a C+ or higher in BUS-F 370/F304 (Finance component of I-Core) to continue as a Real Estate major.

  • BUS-R 305: Introduction to Real Estate Analysis (3 credits) P: ECON-B 251/S251 with grade of C or higher and must be Kelley School of Business student

Permitted Substitutions:

  • BUS-A 311 + BUS-A 312 can substitute for BUS-A 310 + 3 credits of a Real Estate elective.
    • Students who take BUS-A 311 without BUS-A 312 must complete BUS-A 310.
  • ECON-E 305 can substitute for BUS-G 345 for a Real Estate elective.
